Role Definition
- To undertake and manage all process related work streams at retail site
- To undertake Process and Technical projects
- To work closely with site process contacts to ensure compliance and delivery to all aspects of the ABP NPD/EPD Development Process
Key responsibilities
- To develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the equipment capabilities at the site
- To work in partnership with the site Process team ensuring that all NPD & EPD products are launched by fully utilising and adopting the ABP NPD/EPD Development Process
- To support the site with the completion of actions to deliver specific process improvements to current practices and methodologies
- To support the site with the completion of site trials to validate the suitability of new/novel ingredients
- To support the site with trials on new/innovative equipment with the ability to measure and complete detailed accurate reports outlining the output of trials
- To have a clear understanding of any packaging innovation and site trials
- To support the sites with any process related issues that require a resolution

- Ability to travel and be based at sites within the group for agreed periods to ensure that the role expectations and ad-hoc tasks are met

- Ability to engage and communicate clearly with confidence at various levels within the organization and customers
