Responsibilities
- Conduct cleaning and hygiene operations in chill production line area, meeting company standards and scheduled volume.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, food safety, hygiene, ethical, product labelling and allergen handling processes.
- Support line efficiency through consistent and correct schedule adherence and hygiene practices.
- Maintain appropriate records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards and safe operating procedures.
- Ensure timely attendance and flexible availability to meet company operating requirements.
- Provide proactive and supportive verbal and written communication to team members, supervisors and managers.
- Deliver proper use of chemicals, adherence to food and personal safe working practices at all times.
- Ensure audit readiness and support best team performance, efficiency, service levels and employee engagement.
- Invest in learning and development and support trainee development.
- Ensure all products are sourced and manufactured to Food Safety & Brand Integrity requirements defined by customers and BRC standards.
Qualifications
- Basic spoken and written English language (essential for health & safety, traceability and quality control).
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Attentive to detail.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Experience working in a chilled environment.
- Flexible, adaptable and keen to learn supporting others' development.
- Ability to learn and implement new information quickly.

- Accreditation: Food Hygiene equivalent minimum level 2.

Ranges from £13.10 to £14.07 per hour, 40 hours per week.
