Provide administrative support to the Fleet Department at Dafen Depot for Owens Group, a fast‑growing multi‑site organisation.

Work Location & Salary

£28,500 per annum + overtime rate for Saturdays.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday: Week 1 06:00–15:00, Week 2 09:00–18:00. Every 1 in 4 Saturdays, rota dependent 06:00–12:00.

Holidays: 28 days per annum, including bank holidays.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure all vehicle records are compliant
  • Keep vehicle records up to date in hard copies and electronic format
  • Apply for VED licences and keep them up to date
  • Input technician job sheets electronically and promptly
  • Action vehicle breakdowns in a timely manner to prevent excessive downtime
  • Maintain vehicle history in an orderly system
  • Deal with all queries promptly
  • Ensure tachograph calibrations are up to date
  • Raise necessary purchase orders as required
  • Undertake other duties as directed by the company
