Responsibilities- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on-call rota
- Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
- Build relationships with care staff and service users
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
- Salary £26,500 - £28,000 per annum
