Location: West Midlands, England, United Kingdom

Contract & Hours: Zerohour contract: shifts offered according to event schedules and business needs. Work during T20 Blast, The Hundred, and selected community events throughout the season. Hours vary and may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome fans, bring energy to interactive zones, support sponsor activations, and help create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for supporters of all ages.
  • Engage with diverse audiences and participate in matchday entertainment, community outreach, and a range of events across Birmingham and the wider region.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable individuals who are confident engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment, possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility.
  • A willingness to get involved in a wide variety of activities – from matchday entertainment to community outreach – is essential.
  • Prior experience in events, sport, customer service, or marketing is beneficial but not required.
