We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants on a zero hours contract to support HealthHarmonie clinics across Mid to South Essex.
The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will support the effective day‑to‑day running of outpatient clinics. Your responsibilities include:
- Collecting stock and equipment for clinics
- Setting up and preparing examination rooms for clinicians
- Acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
- Supporting clinic administration, ensuring reports are completed accurately and outcomes recorded
- Assisting with wider administrative tasks as required
This is a mobile role, requiring travel to clinic locations throughout Mid to South Essex, based on service demand. Services operate seven days a week. Work will be offered on a zero‑hours basis, with shifts typically between 07:00/07:30 and 17:30/18:00. Availability to work weekdays and weekends is essential.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous administration experience desirable but not essential
- IT literate and comfortable using computer systems
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care

Training & Compliance
Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive two‑week training programme from day one, equipping them with all the skills and knowledge required. All appointments are subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and verification of right‑to‑work documentation.
