Within our Facilities Management division, the Southwest Core team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites - as an Air Conditioning / AC Engineer. Within the team, you will be expected to perform various reactive and preventative, trade-related duties to enable BJF Group to meet and exceed its contractual obligations with its clients across multiple estates of varying ages and building types.
Position of AC Engineer:- To carry out maintenance of relevant trade in domestic and commercial buildings
- Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings
- Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers, AHUs, humidifiers and dehumidifiers
- Providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites
- A Current F gas category one certificate
- NVQ level 2 in AC
- Previous experience in same or similar role
- Experience carrying out trade related maintenance, installation and fault finds
- Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs
- Understanding of Safety Regulations
- Knowledge of different Maintenance Techniques
