Responsibilities
- Mobile patrols, lock ups and unlocks.
- Response to alarm activations as requested by the communications centre.
- Site visit inspections in accordance with management instructions.
- Proficient use of relevant communications equipment.
- Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to.
- Assist staff and visitors to the sites.
- Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas.
- Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur.
- Undertaking other duties as reasonably required.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the company vehicle is roadworthy at all times (Daily Vehicle Checks).
- Respond to all alarm activations in a timely manner.
- Accurately report all findings from alarm activations.
- Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents using the appropriate reporting procedure.
- Unlock and lock up client's premises in line with the Assignment Instructions and client procedures.
- Ensure all relevant information is passed over on handover.
- Complete schedules to record site visits.
- Complete all required key registers and seal logs.
- Inform line managers of any changes to details, job specifics, or issues at site.
Personal Specification
- Current SIA licence.
- Full Clean driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years.
- Experience with mobile and key holding duties preferred but not essential.
- Smart and confident.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills – use of Samsung Tablet.
- Customer/client awareness.
