The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

As a member of the Distribution Centre Team, you will report to the DC Manager and be pivotal to the day‑to‑day operation. You will drive regularly to all Bayley & Sage locations, being responsible for the delivery and collection of our goods. You will handle products from receipt to dispatch, ensuring that company procedure is followed and items are correctly marked and packaged for distribution to our multiple branches around SW London. You will help to manage our warehouse stocks and keep the DC in an organised and clean state. This role involves moving, lifting and bending.

Working pattern

This is a full‑time role (5 shifts a week). You must be available to work on weekends and early mornings.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive with due care and attention at all times and act in accordance with all transport/parking regulations
  • Maintain all driver logs and reports as required, incl. mileage
  • Keep your vehicle clean
  • Deliver all products in a timely and professional manner to our stores based in South West London
  • Provide cover in the DC for receiving deliveries, unloading and organising them, picking, packing, and checking of products as necessary
  • Ensure the Distribution Centre is kept clean, tidy, organised and ensure areas are clear of rubbish at all times

About you

You will be a hard worker, willing to roll your sleeves up and get on with the job at hand. You are looking for a long‑term position and have a positive, “can‑do” attitude. You will be physically capable as heavy lifting is involved in the day‑to‑day role. You will be available to start as early as 4am some mornings, and you will be flexible to work across 7 days as our business is open 7 days a week. To be successful in this role you will need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and the ability to work as part of a team. Ultimately, you are passionate about delivering great service on time and with a smile.
