Your Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex needs
  • Develop and support delivery of specialist care including tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with policies and Nursing and Midwifery Council guidance
  • Administer medications safely in line with prescribed guidelines and best practice
  • Uphold and promote the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, ensuring care is safe, effective, caring, and responsive
  • Monitor and report clinical risks and adverse events in line with governance procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to support both clinical care and patient wellbeing, including social engagement
