We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Trainer to support and develop our clinical teams, ensuring the highest standards of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
About the Role: You will play a key role in enhancing clinical practice by delivering training, assessing competencies, and supporting staff development across the service. Working closely with management, you will help ensure all clinical staff are confident, competent, and compliant with best practice standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate clinical training across the service
- Assess competencies including tracheostomy, suctioning, ventilator, and cough assist
- Support staff progression from Carer to Senior Healthcare Assistant
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Work collaboratively with managers to improve clinical standards and care delivery
- Contribute to the development of training programmes and competency frameworks
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with an active PIN
- Strong experience in a care/home setting
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or coaching staff
- Clinical expertise in tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
