Responsibilities

  • Monitor account performance, including service level and customer scorecards.
  • Coordinate & oversee the delivery of co‑partner customer forecasts.
  • Build and develop strong commercial/supply partnerships with key customers.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Technical, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Lead the development and launch of new or refreshed product ranges aligned to customer requirements.
  • Challenge and improve ways of working to drive continuous improvement internally and with customers.

About You

  • Previous experience in Account Management (2+ years), ideally within FMCG & preferably with manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience building and managing customer relationships at multiple levels.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Good understanding of FMCG operations and commercial processes.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Degree calibre (or equivalent experience).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and drive change.
