Part-time Retail Supervisor for the DV8 Rushmere store. The role involves leading the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service and ensuring the team does the same.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them as much as possible.
- Be responsible for opening and closing of the store following the security procedures.
- Ensure that customers have the best shopping experience by ensuring products are priced and the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintain high standards of merchandise in store ensuring the products are positioned to look their best.
- Be responsible for the operation of the till for both card and cash payments – training will be provided if necessary.
Requirements
- Part-time Retail Supervisor with experience in a similar retail environment (Supervisor experience preferred, but other relevant experience considered).
- Flexibility required for working hours.
