Glanua Industrial is seeking experienced Site Agents to work within our project teams for the design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the North of Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site activities.
  • Act as the primary site lead, managing day-to-day operations and supervising site teams.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and budget.
  • Oversee quality assurance, ensuring works meet specifications and standards.
  • Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and plant allocation.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and resource tracking.
  • Resolve technical queries and elevate issues promptly.
  • Conduct site meetings and liaise with client representatives.
  • Support commissioning and handover processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Glanua's SHEQ policies.
  • Manage and mentor site personnel, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and develop training needs, encouraging best practices in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Civils Engineering or Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a site management or site agent role (industrial or water sector preferred).
