Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering adapted lessons
- Supporting behaviour using calm, relational and therapeutic approaches
- Monitoring wellbeing and safeguarding concerns
- Working with SENCO, therapists, social workers and families
- Creating a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment
- To report and record pupils' attainment, progress and results of assessments within the school's recording and reporting structure
- Use data and records to set aspirational targets and plan challenging activities
Qualifications:
- GCSE/Level 2 in English & Maths (desirable)
- Desirable experience with needs including ASD/SEMH/SEN
