The Clinical Services Officer plays a key role in the smooth running of the clinical services within the Latus Group. This role supports clinicians in delivering high quality services, and acts as a central point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners. The Clinical Services Officer is responsible for managing clinical administration, workflow coordination, and supporting clinical governance processes to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Working in partnership with the Operations team, the Clinical Services Officer will ensure timely service delivery outputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for queries in relation to post service delivery; providing accurate information and signposting as appropriate.
  • Carry out quality assurance reviews of clinical reports.
  • Liaise with Managers, HR, external providers, and employees to support smooth case progression.
  • Provide timely updates and communication regarding appointment outcomes, pending actions, and service timelines (within confidentiality boundaries).
  • Offer exceptional customer service to internal and external users of the Clinical Services Department.
  • Support compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring work is progressed within agreed timescales and escalate to the relevant contacts if this will be outside of SLA.
  • Advise clients of additional services and benefits.
  • Collate and produce clinical data reports for clients if required.
