We are looking to recruit a Client Manager. You will be managing a varied client portfolio from sole traders, partnerships to limited companies. The firm offers a wide range of audit and accounting services both compliance and value added.
As a client manager, you will be in charge of your own portfolio of clients, focusing on the development and maintenance of strong relationships. Your role will include:
- Understanding the nature of clients' businesses and how they operate
- Keeping client promises and addressing clients' questions in a timely manner
- Planning monthly jobs in accordance with year ends
- Meeting monthly planning targets
- Completing Personal Tax Returns for portfolio clients in conjunction with the completion of accounts
- Reviewing, completing and presenting accounts to clients
- Supervising team members to ensure timely completion of planned work
In order to succeed in this client manager role, you will need to have worked in a similar role for an accountancy practice previously. The ideal (but not essential) candidate will have excellent knowledge of the CCH software. You will need to be able to work to strict deadlines, be self-motivated and have a good attention to detail. Additionally, you should have good Microsoft Excel skills and be able to work individually or as part of a team.
