We're looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is a hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients and clients, playing a vital role in their recovery journey. You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks. Please note we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications

  • GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
  • Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)

Experience and Skills

  • Customer service or contact centre experience
  • Comfort engaging with medical professionals and patients
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Benefits

  • Salary: £26,437.00 per year (40 hours/week)
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 - 18:30, Monday-Friday, with some Saturday mornings (08:00-13:00)
