Hours: Part time and full‑time (22.5hrs – 37.5hrs) – includes alternate weekends
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day holistic support to children and young people with complex needs
- Build trust, encourage positive routines, and help each child develop confidence and life skills
- Work mornings, afternoons and alternate weekends; long shifts may be available once settled
- Support children following the eight intrinsic principles and assist in maintaining independence and quality of life

The initial DBS check will be paid for by the employer, unless a portable DBS is held. If a candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from final salary payment.
