Eligibility Criteria: Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all field-based activities associated with building and testing new solutions.
  • De-commission and de-install equipment at customer premises and Vodafone core network sites.
  • Participate in repair activities, troubleshooting and replacing equipment at customer premises or within the core network.
  • Represent the brand and deliver an excellent level of service to business customers.
  • Work in both inside and outside environments, including internal and external rooftop work and ladder use up to 3 metres.
  • Undergo regular health assessments and maintain the ability to work safely and independently, including lone working.
  • Be prepared for travel away from home and work at heights.
  • Adapt to flexible working patterns, including shift, weekend and night work on a standby rota.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years of age as of 1 September 2026.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Level 2 apprenticeship).
  • Preferably GCSEs in Science subjects.
  • Resided in the EU for 3 years or more with the right to work.
  • No qualification at degree level or higher in the same subject.
  • No prior completion of a similar level apprenticeship.

Applicants must be willing to work independently and safely, possess a passion for technology, and be able to learn quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.
