What You Will Do
- Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
- Visiting customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
- Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
- Recording and managing job details using our in‑house engineer software
- Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
- Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
- Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience

- Salary: £26,500 to £34,000 (depending on experience and location) – salary reviewed once you are signed off training
