Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

About the Role

Fooditude seeks a Catering Supervisor to host, manage and oversee the catering operation at a workplace restaurant. The role involves ensuring smooth breakfast and lunch service, maintaining high standards, and building positive relationships with staff and clients. The supervisor will showcase dishes, deliver excellent customer service, and support the food waste programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and display food beautifully.
  • Deliver excellent customer service – warm, friendly and professional.
  • Confidently cook basic items for service (eggs, porridge, fresh greens, etc.).
  • Enter site data for the food waste programme into a shared Excel spreadsheet.
  • Participate in breakfast and lunch service during shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in catering or hospitality service preferred.
  • Good knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
