As a Service Engineer, you will be our customers' first point of contact and an ambassador of our company. You must be an excellent communicator with a positive work ethic and professional attitude. You will need to be solutions driven and possess strong organisational skills to prioritise your work and meet deadlines. You will have relevant experience in the print/label finishing industry as this role encompasses all aspects of machine servicing. You will have the ability to read electrical schematic and mechanical drawings; however, we are open to applications from less experienced applicants as training will be provided.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to provide engineering support in the domestic and international market as well as providing technical assistance at your dedicated site. You will be required to deliver demonstrations in several environments and be expected to provide training to customers on operating their machinery. The role requires a person who is passionate about delivering a world-class service experience to our customers and continuously develop ways in which to do this.
