About the Role
We are looking for a Learning & Development specialist to help shape and deliver impactful learning across the organisation. Working closely with the Head of HR and business leaders, you will design, deliver and coordinate development initiatives that build employee capability, support leadership growth and strengthen our talent pipeline.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as a subject matter expert for learning and development, supporting the delivery of the organisation's L&D strategy
- Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify development needs and recommend learning solutions
- Design, deliver and facilitate training including onboarding, leadership and professional skills programmes
- Coordinate internal and external training, ensuring effective use of the L&D budget
- Monitor mandatory training compliance and maintain accurate learning records and reporting
- Lead the organisation's Apprenticeship Programme, support early careers and coordinate work experience placements
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges and community organisations to promote career opportunities
- Support talent development programmes including leadership development, career pathways and high-potentials initiatives
- Evaluate learning programmes to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
About You
- Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR in a consultancy or advisory role
- Strong skills in learning design, facilitation and programme coordination
- Experience supporting leadership development, early careers or apprenticeships
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong organisation, project management and analytical ability
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in HR, L&D, Education or a related field
