About You
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and modifying machine software to ensure customised machinery functions according to customer specifications. You should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable providing technical expertise and support to the ABG Service department, electricians, contractors, and clients. You will be qualified to HNC or degree level and proficient in PLC, HMI and software systems.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the seamless functionality and operation of bespoke machinery control systems. Occasional international travel may be required to assist with installations, diagnostics, and support at ABG sites, customer locations, and supplier facilities.
