This Administrator role is part of the Operations Team supporting the control room during nights and weekends. The essential duty is to keep the security services running smoothly across North England, ensuring that all incidents are managed, recorded, and that security officers are monitored effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming calls, prioritise and respond according to company procedures and industry requirements, following procedures and escalating when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all incidents and occurrences using the appropriate systems and reporting tools.
  • Conduct employee welfare calls and resolve “dropped shifts” or absence cover issues.
  • Monitor CCTV and coordinate with mobile response units.
  • Liaise with the mobile response units to support operational delivery.
