We are currently recruiting for a Care and Activities Coordinator to help maintain and develop our services.
Core Duties & Responsibilities as Care and Activities Coordinator:
- Roster and template care calls using an electronic system
- Support the day-to-day coordination of care staff, care plans, and service delivery
- Monitor quality, respond to issues promptly, and work alongside the Branch Manager to maintain high standards
- Plan and deliver meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social interaction
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover where required
