Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 (FTE)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (minimum 3 days per week)

Location: Peripatetic role based in Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire, with travel across the UK

Responsibilities:

  • Complete case management
  • Conduct Appointed Doctor medicals (training provided if not already appointed)
  • Perform HAVS Tier 4 assessments (training provided if required)
  • Assess fitness of workers for specific tasks and recommend suitable adjustments for safe and effective work, taking health issues or disabilities into account
  • Monitor health of workers potentially exposed to hazards through health surveillance programmes
  • Advise employees and employers on work‑related health issues
  • Promote best practice in physical and mental health in the workplace to help prevent sick leave

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid GMC Registration
  • At least a diploma holder in Occupational Health
  • Experience working within an Occupational Health role in public and private sectors
  • Experience in complex case management and providing work‑related health advice
  • Good clinical diagnostic skills and understanding of appropriate treatment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑confident, well‑organised, and capable of building strong relationships with clients and their employees
