Responsibilities:
- Support your team to ensure company/regional KPI targets are being consistently achieved.
- Use data to drive performance and track trends in performance.
- Manage a range of HR related issues such as poor performance, absence management, recruitment, 121s, appraisals, induction, training etc.
- Develop and continually improve the quality and resilience of the service provided.
- Implement measures and controls to ensure that the quality of PCNs issued is of the highest level.
- Produce and communicate performance data on a regular basis.
- Work with the National Operations Manager to ensure the delivery of key strategic objectives.
- Ensure that exceptional customer service is being maintained for both our customers and clients.
- Ensure that all team members are adhering to company policies and procedures and working in line with Health and Safety, BPA and IPC regulations.
- Identify control risks and ensure that any near miss incidents, accidents or health and safety issues are reported to Operations Manager and regional managers in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Excellent communicator at all levels and through various methods.
- Confident decision maker and problem solver.
- Passionate about your own work and that of your team.
- Experienced people manager, confident in dealing with most aspects of HR.
- DBS check required.
- Will travel across Berkshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
Work schedule and compensation:
- The shift will be 50 hours in a 7‑day period on a rota basis, including on‑call cover when needed.
- Weekends availability is required.
- Salary: £36,500 per annum.
- Bonus through Warden issued and paid PCNs.
- A car allowance or company car is also part of the benefits package.
