Key Responsibilities

  • Fitting and installing unvented hot water systems (direct and indirect)
  • TMV servicing & installation
  • Monitoring of hot water systems
  • Clean and disinfection of CWSTs
  • Dead leg removal and pipe modification
  • 15mm/22mm/35mm Copper pipe work and fittings using solder ring, compression, and press fit
  • Closed Systems Testing / Analysis & Dosing
  • Control of labour on site and check fitters' work

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the plumbing industry
  • NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing
  • Basic understanding of water hygiene
  • Excellent organisation and time‑keeping skills, working to deadlines
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Knowledge of standards, systems, procedures, and processes
  • Self‑motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve
  • Travel within the region may be required, including occasional overnight stays
  • A full Clean Driving Licence is required
