Key Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive pre‑enrolment service for learners and employers, assisting with the self‑registration process.
- Book learners and employers onto induction and enrolment sessions via a centralised diary.
- Schedule and manage enrolment sessions to ensure a positive experience for all.
- Guide learners and employers through the pre‑enrolment process, answering questions and resolving any concerns.
- Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Operations colleagues to support smooth pre‑employment and enrolment stages.
- Check and verify educational certificates, and help exempt learners from Functional Skills where applicable.
- Support learners with assisted learning needs by referring them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure employers provide necessary documentation, such as liability insurance, and keep track of this information.
- Follow up on any barriers preventing a learner from progressing onto their apprenticeship.
- Discuss English and Maths support with learners and guide them through initial assessments.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and other key stakeholders.
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure all follow‑up actions are taken promptly.
What We're Looking For
- Grade A‑C GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Level 2 Information, Advice, and Guidance qualification (or willingness to acquire).
- Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
- Comfortable with IT systems, including PDFs, Google Suite, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in delivering quality service and meeting targets.
- Ability to work in line with GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Self‑motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
