Location: Brigg, England, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full time, permanent contract

Shift pattern: 3 to 4 shifts per week, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM, including alternate weekends

Salary: £13.24 per hour plus incentives

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest level of care to residents, supporting daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
  • Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect.
  • Support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90 % or higher during monthly audits.
  • Maintain 100 % current status with all mandatory training throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
  • Reside within 20 minutes of the care home.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Caring and nurturing attitude.
  • Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Team members under 21 will be paid £1.00 per hour less (above Minimum Wage).
