We are looking for a caring, compassionate individual passionate about helping others thrive. In this role, you'll support colleagues in delivering high‑quality, psychologically informed, and culturally sensitive floating support to people living in the community. You will empower individuals to maintain their tenancies, build independent living skills, and feel confident integrating into the wider community while championing safeguarding, equality, and our organisation's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality, psychologically, trauma‑informed and culturally appropriate floating support to service users in the community.
  • Empower individuals to maintain their tenancies, develop independent living skills, and integrate into the wider community while upholding safeguarding, equality, and organisational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to build positive, professional relationships with service users from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to keep accurate and confidential records.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Experience of supporting vulnerable people.
