What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair domestic gas cooking appliances (CCN1 & CKR1 required)
  • Diagnose & repair at least four of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, electric ovens, and refrigeration
  • Work efficiently on pre‑planned routes with in‑time parts delivery
  • Deliver excellent service, aiming for first‑time fix success
  • Ensure all work complies with company processes and health & safety standards

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the white goods repair sector in a field‑based capacity
  • Valid CCN1 and CKR1 certifications (LAU1 and LPG conversion are a bonus)
  • Strong, up‑to‑date working knowledge in fault‑finding and repair of gas cooking appliances (essential)
  • At least four of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, electric ovens and refrigeration
  • Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Customer‑focused approach with clear communication skills
  • Field service experience in white goods repair
