Responsibilities
- Provide day‐to‐day holistic support to children and young people with complex needs
- Build trust, encourage positive routines, and help each child develop confidence and life skills
- Work mornings, afternoons and alternate weekends; long shifts may be available once settled
- Support children following the eight intrinsic principles and assist in maintaining independence and quality of life
