The Bradbury Supervisor runs the daily operations of a busy hydrotherapy and rebound therapy centre, including pool safety, plant maintenance, cleaning, stock checks, equipment monitoring, opening and closing duties. The role involves supporting therapy and enrichment sessions, managing bookings, providing first‑aid and rescue support, and working with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a safe, high‑quality service. The post holder must be a confident swimmer, able to provide first aid and carry out rescue procedures when required.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must have at least six months of UK‑based work experience in any sector and cannot be offered sponsorship to work in the UK.

Essential Qualifications / Education / Training

  • Pool Plant Operators Qualification or willingness to undertake Pool Lifeguarding/rescue qualification
  • Good standard of literacy
  • Good standard of numeracy
  • Basic computer skills (email, word processing)
  • Confident swimmer, able to provide first aid and carry out rescue procedures when required

Other Employment Information

Hollybank Trust requires an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with its Recruitment & Selection policy. The company will pay for the initial DBS check unless a portable DBS is already held. Should the employee leave voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from the final salary payment.
