What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging and inclusive workshops covering light and heavy vehicle topics.
- Use interactive teaching methods including practical demonstrations, case studies, and presentations.
- Support apprentices with personalised guidance and feedback.
- Design and administer assessments to track learner progress.
- Collaborate on curriculum development and create innovative learning resources.
- Deliver MOT and Air‑Con qualifications.
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Support End Point Assessments as a technician.
What We Need From You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area (Heavy & Light Vehicles).
- MOT licence.
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT.
- Industry experience in automotive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, EPA, and regulatory bodies (desirable).
- AET, CET, PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable).
- TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent assessor qualification (desirable).
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
