Join our friendly team of Live-In Care Assistants at Care Outlook, supporting vulnerable and elderly people in their own homes across Oxfordshire.

About the Live-In role

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will stay in the client's home for an agreed period (for example, 1 to 2 weeks at a time), providing consistent day-to-day support, companionship and reassurance. You will have breaks and rest time in line with the care plan.

Pay Rates (Live-In)

  • £115 per day
  • £172.50 per day on Bank Holidays

What you will be supporting with

  • Personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, continence care)
  • Meal preparation and support with eating and drinking
  • Medication support (as per training and care plan)
  • Companionship and daily routine support
  • Light housekeeping tasks
  • Observing, monitoring and record keeping

Requirements

Drivers with access to a car are preferred due to the location of some placements across Oxfordshire. If you are not a driver, you must still be able to reliably travel to placements, including rural areas.

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING. Please note this is a Live-In Care role which involves staying in the client's home for the agreed placement period.
