We are Care Outlook, a leading home care provider in London and the South East of England. We are currently recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Oxford branch.

Responsible for implementing field‑based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Spot‑check carers in the community, identifying good practice and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
  • Deliver high standards of care
  • Participate in the paid on‑call rota
  • Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
  • Build relationships with care staff and service users
  • Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
  • Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
Qualifications
  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Flexibility to cover on‑call to meet the needs of the business (essential)
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance (essential)
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
