This role is for a packer at our Kingswinford site, working Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will pack products, ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety, food safety, and all other relevant regulations. You may be required to work outside these hours if the business requires it.
Responsibilities
- Pack product within the packing team.
- Carry out all tasks in accordance with company policies, procedures, health and safety, and food safety regulations.
- Drive processing efficiency through consistent and correct equipment operation.
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality, HSE, animal welfare, food safety, hygiene, ethical standards, product labelling and handling processes.
- Follow traceability process and ensure product and labelling integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food production environment desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative while working as part of a team.
- Striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
