Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Contract Management: Co-ordinate the administration and contract information for allocated service contracts.
- Assist in the maintenance of relevant contract briefs.
- Responsible for the production of work orders for all allocated service contracts.
- Monitors contract fulfilment by reviewing service reports, auditing service and organisational transactions.
- Assist in the mobilisation of service contracts.
- Responsible for the creation of timely and accurate invoices for relevant allocated contract/work.
- Provision of monthly sales reserve figures.
- Liaison with clients.
- Consistent frontline customer contact via telephone and email.
- Where necessary support clients by answering inquiries and ensuring clients are kept up to date on progress.
- Ensures all enquiries from clients are passed to relevant Business Development Manager/Account Manager.
- Ensures all operational requests are effectively communicated to the operational team.
- Coordinate and/or attend client review meetings, as required.
- Maintain communication lines and good relationships with account management, operations and client representatives.
- Support and develop communication between BDM/Account Manager and operations team.
- Business Development Support: Relevant BDM/Account Management team in the production of quotes, including one-off works, as required.
- Ensure any enquiries are passed to the relevant BDM/Account Manager.
- First‑line contact for the region, inclusive of answering calls and welcoming visitors.
- Ad‑hoc works as required.
- Safety: Promote and communicate standards/information to colleagues and team members. Take responsibility for your own health and safety and adhere to all the company health and safety procedures and policies. Identify and raise any hazards, near misses in line with the company's reporting procedures.
- Operational Optimisation: Recommend improvements to working practices, prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations, work to deadlines and multitask, willingness to help out and assist other team members as required.
- Commercial: Provide support to team members and clients as required, improve the productivity of the maintenance contract delivery.
- Support in the compilation of area statistical weekly/monthly reports according to business and client needs.
- Ensures that image and standards are maintained.
