EZ Living Furniture is seeking a Store Manager with a strong retail sales background to lead the new Belfast store. This role focuses on guiding a team to achieve personal and company targets while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and the store develops. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven sales ability with excellent organisational and communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering a first-rate customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example.
  • Continuously communicate with and motivate the team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the store when liaising with internal departments.
  • Coach the team to ensure product knowledge, company policies and brand values are reviewed and upheld.
  • Perform people management activities in liaison with HR and senior management.
  • Complete regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
  • Proven people manager and team player.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user, with the ability to learn in-house systems.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Furniture experience would be a benefit but is not essential.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and escalate issues to senior management when appropriate.
