Overview: Horizon Property Support Ltd is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Security Installation Engineer to join our expanding specialist team working throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. The role involves installing and commissioning systems such as intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and public address systems. You will work independently or as part of a small team, delivering quality results and communicating effectively with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
- Commissioning and ongoing maintenance of security systems.
- Providing support to customers and wider company operations, including administrative tasks.
- Observing and adhering to company Health & Safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience installing and servicing intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Good physical fitness (able to safely handle equipment and work at heights).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organised, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
