Shift: Flexible shift basis; must be available to work between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

Pay rate: £15.00 p/h

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors to site in a professional manner
  • Manage the visitor booking system, issue site passes, and validate car parking tickets
  • Handle incoming calls, parcels, post, and general correspondence
  • Support general site communications and administrative duties
  • Coordinate hospitality bookings and meeting arrangements
Facilities & Operations Support
  • Liaise with the Helpdesk team in Dublin regarding maintenance requests and site issues
  • Liaise with technicians and monitor progress on site
  • Monitor all maintenance and facilities works to comply with KPI's
  • Support the Operations Manager with ordering site supplies and consumables
  • Assist with internal communication memos and operational updates
Contractor & Compliance Management
  • Manage contractors on site and ensure all correct protocols and permit procedures are followed
  • Issue contractor and visitor passes as required
  • Support statutory compliance activities and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and maintain Health & Safety notice boards
  • Coordinate and schedule staff toolbox talks and safety briefings
  • Record and monitor safety observations and support a positive safety culture
About You
  • Previous experience within facilities, operations, administration, or site coordination
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience dealing with contractors and compliance procedures is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administration systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements
  • Access NI and BPSS will be required for this role
