WH Scott Group is looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to manage the day-to-day payroll process for our teams across the UK and Ireland. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility in location and hours. You'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to the HR and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Calculate overtime, holiday pay, and deductions
- Liaise with HR and Finance regarding new starters, leavers, and changes
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax and employment legislation (UK & Ireland)
- Respond to payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare payroll reports for management
About You
- Previous experience managing payroll (UK and/or Ireland)
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
