Role Overview
The position is for a General Manager to lead a dynamic team in the new Belfast store.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and inspire the entire team to achieve and exceed sales targets with a customer focus.
- Maintain high administration standards.
- Plan workforce and schedule for the store.
- Provide ongoing training and understanding of all store processes.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on store initiatives.
- Analyze local competitors and position the store competitively.
- Set and monitor staff training standards.
- Manage probationary employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Retail Operations on staff matters.
- Develop succession plans and build a talent pool for the store.
Qualifications:
