With offices throughout Ireland and the UK, we are expanding our team and now seeking Field Service Engineers/Inspectors to join our Northern Ireland based operations. As a Field Service Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring equipment is tested, inspected, maintained, and safe for use. You will operate to high safety and inspection standards while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct surveys, inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to planned schedules.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer service.
- Accurately utilize operational systems and maintain records.
- Produce and distribute inspection and maintenance reports professionally.
- Perform assessments and repairs as required.
- Occasionally assist with workshop and assembly duties.
- Stay updated on industry standards, legislation, and best practices.
- Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Undertake training and professional development as required.
- Coach and mentor colleagues when needed.
- Previous experience in maintenance, installation, service, or commissioning.
- Experience in utilities maintenance is preferred but not essential.
- EUSR Water Hygiene Card is desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with lifting devices and material handling equipment is advantageous.
- Full, valid driving license.
- Strong computer skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
