EZ Living Furniture, a family‑run Irish retailer, is opening a new store in Belfast. We are seeking a competent and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager with a strong retail sales background to support a team of salespeople in achieving personal and company targets while ensuring smooth store operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales and lead by example.
- Continuously communicate with and motivate the team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Act as the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
- Coach the team to review product knowledge, company policies and brand values regularly.
- Perform people‑management activities in liaison with HR and senior management.
- Compile and submit regular reports to senior management.
