Responsibilities:
- Report to the Project Services Operations Supervisor.
- Carry out maintenance of heating installations.
- Complete installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation installations.
- Undertake fault‑finding diagnosis, problem‑solving, and analysis of plant operation pertaining to the operation and efficacy of the installed mechanical systems (including plumbing, drainage, heating, and HVAC systems).
- Carry out relevant testing and certification of mechanical plant and systems in accordance with all appropriate regulations and within the remit of the postholder's relevant qualifications.
- Always work in a safe manner and to a high standard, in line with best working practices.
