About the role: As a Mobile Security Officer, you'll be a first responder to our clients' sites, attending alarm activations, specific service requests and emergencies. You'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of commercial and residential properties in your area. You'll be predominantly on the road and will be required to attend the local base at the start of your shift.

Your responsibilities:
- Responding to alarm activations at commercial and residential properties
- Conducting routine property patrols and key checks
- Performing mobile patrols, unlocks, and lockups as needed
- Learning and understanding our range of products and services
- Building strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service
- Carrying out key audits and maintaining detailed records
What we're looking for:
- SIA DS/SG licence
- Full UK manual driving licence
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Good local geographical knowledge
- Forward‑thinking, can‑do attitude, able to work well under pressure
